“Pakistan Govt Tender: Miscellaneous Works at Special Education Institute Islamabad (RFP)”

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
For
“(Miscellaneous Works In Institute of Special Education Islamabad)”

1. The Project Management Unit, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan requests for proposal for the “Miscellaneous Works In Institute of Special Education Islamabad”. The Firms may apply who fulfill the criteria mentioned in the RFP available in the office of Project Engineer and on EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
2. RFP document can be download from EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk). The companies should have valid registration and relevant technical and financial expertise to carry out the said task and no conflict of interest.
3. The interested companies should submit their proposals, complete in all respects, to the office of Project Director, 1st Floor, Pakistan Manpower Institute, Khayaban-e-Suharwardy, G-7/1, Islamabad and the Electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 11-06-2025 at 11:30 AM. The envelopes should be clearly marked with “RFP” “Miscellaneous Works In Institute of Special Education Islamabad”, Proposal shall be opened on the same date at 12:00 PM. The bid securing declaration should be placed in the Technical envelop.
4. The Authority reserves the rights of acceptance or rejection of any or all firms / consultants due to their reputation or who so ever fails to fulfill the criteria at its sole discretion. The Authority may disqualify the firms if it is found, at any stage that the information submitted by the firms were false, incorrect or incomplete. Authority can also take penal action against the firms / Consultants or debar the firms / Consultants for future works.
