Sealed Bids are invited on Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure from Reputed International LPG Suppliers – CIP (1st Ed. 2021, Incoterms® 2020) “CP” () Premiums () Discounts (*) Freight in part is. Ton.

Delivery to be preferred in the respective months or as specified by SSGC. The bid opening date has been changed as under:

Bid submission time: 1500 hrs.
Bids will be opened after half an hour on same date.

1. Tender Documents contain detailed Terms & Conditions, method of procurement, submission procedure, validity of bids, evaluation criteria, specifications, rejection terms, etc.
2. Tender documents available at address below (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 hrs).
3. Documents displayed on PPRA Correction: was PPFA or SSGC (www.ssgc.com.pk) websites.
4. Bids opened publicly 30 mins after submission time. If bid date is a holiday, opened next working day.
5. Suppliers must submit: tender forms, shareholder certificates, ID copies, authorization proof, product origin, company profile, and signed SPA/Agreement ≥3 days before bid opening.
6. SSGC LPG Limited reserves right to reject all bids/proposals anytime before acceptance.
