INVITATION FOR BIDS

ICCBS (International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences) invites bids for procurement through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) of Pakistan Engineering Council registered vendors with valid Sindh-U specialization code BC-01, and active registration with Income Tax Department / Revenue Board.

Procurement will be under Single Stage One Envelope Method.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal: https://epads.gov.pk

1. Bid Fee: Rs. 1,000/- to be submitted in United Bank Limited (UBL), Account No. 4116-294197301, titled “International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences”.
   • Upload the scanned copy of the paid fee slip during EPADS bid submission.
2. Earnest Money: 2% of the total bid value to be paid via Pay Order / Demand Draft, titled the same.
   • Must be attached with the bid and addressed to Director, ICCBS – University of Karachi.
3. Note: The bidding process will be conducted under SPPRA Rule No. 15 (Single Stage One Envelope Method).
