INVITATION TO BID
(Single Stage Two Envelopes)

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) with its Head Office located at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, Ferozepur Road Lahore invites sealed bids on single stage two envelope basis from the eligible firms/contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C6 and above for the following work:

Renovation Works at Gaddafi Cricket Stadium, Lahore

Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be obtained from the Office of the Infrastructure Department, Pakistan Cricket Board, Gaddafi Stadium Lahore on payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) in the form of pay order or bank draft in the favour of Pakistan Cricket Board by 7th July, 2025 on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, sealed and addressed to Director (Infrastructure Department) must reach at:

Pakistan Cricket Board, Gaddafi Stadium Lahore on or before 8th July 2025 at 1100 hrs.
Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs.

Pakistan Cricket Board reserves the right to reject bids prior to acceptance or cancel or amend the bidding process at any stage.
