TENDER NOTICE
The Pakistan Scientists Cooperative Housing Society invites sealed Bids for the RCC Construction of boundary/retaining wall at PSCHS located at Sector 17-A, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme-33, Karachi from eligible firms or persons licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category of C-5 or above. Tender document can be purchased from the society (1st Floor, Staff Quarters) Sector 17-A, Scheme 33, Karachi (Tel No. 021-37458406) on the payment of Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand, Non-refundable) from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm daily except Sunday from 25-06-2025 to 28-06-2025. The intending Contractors shall apply for the PEC Registration & N.T.N. The sealed Bids must be submitted at site of PSCHS up to 01-07-2025 at 12:00 noon. The Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 pm in presence of the Contractors who wish to be present. Site may be visited before tendering.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. PSCHS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders prior to acceptance of tenders.
2. Any tender brought for submission after due date and time will not be accepted.
3. Tender Bond submitted by unsuccessful tenderers shall be returned after finalization of successful tenderers.
4. Construction duration will be 60 days.
5. All Govt. Taxes are payable as admissible and should be included in the quoted price except SBR.
