TENDER NOTICE
- Tenders are invited by Institute of Space Technology from well established and reputed firms having in-house capability to undertake the execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts of Installed Equipment/Machinery as mentioned in below table:

NOTE:
1 x Hyundai & 8 x OTIS-SIGMA Elevators Repairing Bid will be submitted separately.
- Tender documents & details can be obtained from office of undersigned on working day till 01st July 2024 at 1500 hrs. Tender Fee: Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable). Bidder must fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned in tender documents. Following schedule to be observed:
- Last Date/Time of Bid Submission: 02 July 2025 at 1100 hrs
- Date/Time of Tender Opening: 02 July 2025 at 1130 hrs
- A bid security @ 2% of total bid price in shape of CDR in favor of Institute of Space Technology in form of call deposit/Bank Draft must be submitted with the bid. The bid validity period is 90 days from date of submission.
- Conditional / Incomplete tenders will not be entertained.
- Contractor/firms providing unsubstantiated and false information are liable to disqualification at any stage.
- This tender is being published on PPRA as well as IST website.
- IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications or bids prior to the award of contract as per rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Presence of representative during opening of tender is welcomed.
