NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Jinnah Sindh Medical University Karachi intends to invite bids from Reputable Firms registered with GST & Income Tax and having relevant experience mentioned in the bidding documents. Submission of tender will be on EPADS’s website.

Important Notes:
- Tender documents can be obtained during office hours on payment of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable & non-transferable) via pay order in favor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University Karachi or downloaded from www.jsmu.edu.pk, www.eprocure.gov.pk, or Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA).
- (a) Tender shall be opened by the Procurement Committee in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who wish to attend on EPADS’s.
- (b) In case of any holiday/incident, tenders will be obtained/submitted/opened the next working day.
- (c) All required certificates/documents with GST, NTN, Professional Tax Certificates etc., must be attached with the technical proposal.
- (d) All applicable taxes (Federal/Provincial/Local) are to be borne by the bidder.
- (e) Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2023) shall be adopted.
- (f) Technical & financial proposals to be submitted online via EPADS. Bid security: 5% of total bid value.
- (g) Technical proposals will be opened on the tender opening day on EPADS.
- (h) Firms must attach Rs. 100/- affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted.
- (i) Procurement agency may reject any/all bids as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended 2023).
