ADDENDUM NOTICE
PRE-QUALIFICATION OF NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING (NDT) FIRMS
Welding Inspection, DPT, MPI, UT, RT
TENDER ENQUIRY NO. GM (QA)-PQ-NDT-2025

DESCRIPTION
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited intends to pre-qualify Non-Destructive Testing Firms (Welding Inspection, DPT, MPI, UT, RT) for ¾” to 56″ OD Distribution and Transmission pipeline. Interested companies are encouraged to submit an application stating the company/firm profile, which should include the following details:

Technical details

1. Relevant past & present experience and performance. (Minimum 02 years)
2. Technical and manpower capabilities including required scopes, tools, machinery, equipment and human resources.
3. Sound financial position.
4. Appropriate management capabilities.
5. Valid Registration with PNRA (License of Radiation facility for performing Industrial Radiography by Radiography source, Ir-192).
6. Valid Registration with NTN.

Pre-qualification documents along with bid-evaluation criteria/pre-qualification can be obtained from the Office of Manager QA, Ground Floor, Quality Assurance Hall (LPG Plaza), Egerton Road, Lahore, from 23-06-2025 to 09-07-2025 during 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

Proposals in all respects must reach the above office on or before 10-07-2025 (1500 hrs).
Pre-qualification fee: Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of SNGPL.

Firms already pre-qualified with SNGPL (re-qualification) for Welding Inspection and Radiography must also apply afresh.
