NHA Gwadar Seeks Contractors for Culvert & Highway Upkeep on

1. Air University invites sealed tenders, based on single‑stage single‑envelope bidding procedure, from reputed firms/contractors (registered with Income Tax and Pakistan Engineering Council — C‑5 and above) for the following civil works at Air University, Karachi Campus:
  (a) Provisioning of paint work (interior & exterior)
  (b) Supply and installation of electric lights and fans
  (c) Renovation / up‑gradation work at Main Entrance Gate
  (d) Repairing / refurbishment of furniture (PEC registration not mandatory)

2. Tender documents can be obtained from AU Karachi Campus / AU Main Campus Islamabad w.e.f. 27 June 2025 on any working day. Bids, prepared per instructions in the bidding documents, must reach Air University Karachi Campus, near Airm Academy PAF Base Korangi Creek Karachi on or before 14 July 2025 at 1100 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours at the given venue.

3. Air University reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance or cancel the tendering process under PPRA Rule 33.
