• Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Registration in Category C-2 or above with Project Codes:
  CE-01, CE-04 (v), CE-10, CE-11 (vii), BC-01, ME-02, ME-06, ME-07 (v), EE-11 (iii) (vi) for 2024-25.
• Firms must demonstrate proven expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects.

📝 Tenders Notice Submission Guidelines

Bid Submission Process:

• Online Submission Only: Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
• Mandatory Documents:
• Scanned copy of Bid Security (Rs. 9.00 million lump sum) as a Pay Order/CDR in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA.
• Upload PDF of Bid Security on EPADS; submit original physically at bid submission.
• Format: Strictly adhere to the terms in the Electronic Bidding Documents available on EPADS and PPRA.
