INITIATION OF BIDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES

Sealed tenders on rate contract basis as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended upto date) and guide line regulation 5.2 (iv) rate contract etc are hereby invited from interested persons/contractors/firms on standard bidding documents as shown below.

DESCRIPTION

PROCUREMENT OF GOODS & SERVICES ALONG AKRAM WAH MAIN CANAL FROM RD 0 TO 381 & ITS OFFTAKING CHANNELS FOR GAJA SUB DIVISION, KAZIA SUB DIVISION, SHADI SUB DIVISION AND KADHAN SUB DIVISION FOR THE YEAR 2025-2026 IN AKRAM WAH DIVISION BADIN.

Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents (BD):

• From Office: Executive Engineer Akram Wah Division Badin, Camp Office Barrage Colony Tando Muhammad Khan.
• Fee: Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable).
• Download: SPPRA website after NIT publication.
• Deadline: 13/06/2025 (office hours).

METHOD OF PROCUREMENT

Single Stage One Envelope

1. Submission:

• Drop sealed bids in Tender Box at the undersigned’s office by 16/06/2025 at 12:30 PM.
• Bid Security: 2% of Annual Procurement Plan via Call Deposit (from Pakistani scheduled bank) in favor of Executive Engineer Akram Wah Division Badin.
• Opening: Same day at 01:00 PM.

1. Bid Opening:

• By Procurement Committee in presence of bidders/representatives.

1. Pricing:

• Submit best/final prices (no negotiations).

1. Award:

• Lowest bidder must supply goods/services/machinery as ordered during FY 2025-2026.

1. Delays:

• If official holiday/absence, bids open next day.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

• i) Pakistan Engineering Council 2025 registration (if bid > PKR 5 million).
• ii) Income Tax, Sales Tax & Sindh Revenue Board registration.
• iii) Rates inclusive of all taxes.
• iv) Affidavit: Firm not blacklisted.
• v) Minimum annual turnover: PKR 20 million (last 3 years).
• vii) No conditional tenders accepted.

1. Authority:

• Competent authority reserves right to accept/reject bids per SPPRA Rules 2010.
