INVITATION FOR BIDS
Bidders are invited electronically for EPPA operations. Firms must hold a Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License (Category A) and an Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad for executing IT/General & Medical Installations, along with ASF registration.

Key Requirements:
- Bid Security/Earnest Money must be deposited via Demand Draft or Pay Order from a local bank in favor of Director, Mechanical Directorate, CDA.
- Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PPAS at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
- Non-compliance with bid security or documentation will render bids non-responsive.
- Eligibility: Firms must demonstrate relevant experience and at least 0.5 work orders in the last two financial years (verified via E-PPAS).

- Bid opening at Director ESAR Office, Room No. 65, Ground Floor, F-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.
- Unsuccessful bidders’ earnest money will be refunded post-bid acceptance.
