Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) invites sealed bids for the purchase of a 16-acre land located in Deh Hoat Wasan, Taluka Jam Navaz Ali, District Sanghar, Sindh Province. The land will be sold to the highest bidder under the following terms:
Key Details:
- Location: Deh Hoat Wasan, Taluka Jam Navaz Ali, District Sanghar, Sindh.
- Inspection Period: 24th June to 11th July 2025 (09:00–15:00 hrs).
- Earnest Money: 25% of bid value via demand draft/pay order in favor of OGDCL.
- Payment: Full payment + taxes within 7 working days of bid acceptance.
- Bid Submission Deadline: 22nd July 2025 by 10:30 hrs at OGDCL Regional Office, Hyderabad.
- Bid Opening: Same day (22nd July) at 11:00 hrs in Hyderabad.
Important Notes:
- OGDCL employees cannot bid.
- Bidders must bring original CNIC for bid opening.
- OGDCL reserves the right to accept/reject bids without justification.
