- Renewal Fee receipt for 2024–25
- CNIC of bidder
- Original Bid Security (CDR from a Pakistani bank)
- No litigation certificate
- No risk scheme certificate
- Location for bidding document collection: Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W B&R Division at Garelt, Hunza
- Document submission deadline: As per date/time listed above; late bids will be rejected.
- Abnormally low bids: May require additional guarantees or may be rejected.
