Bid Security:
BOQ cost as call deposit in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Works Division HESCO Hyderabad.

Other Conditions:
a. Tender documents purchasable until 17.06.2025 at office hours from:
Flat No: C-7 Power Wing Colony Hussainabad Hyderabad. Bid security must accompany the application.
b. Purchase by owner/authorized person with authority letter and original CNIC. Document cost: Rs. 3,000/tender (Non-Refundable).
c. Tender issued on written request with original CDR, on firm’s letter pad (attested by Notary Public). Only one representative per firm.
d. Bidders must provide photocopies of minimum 02 work orders + completion certificates for similar work.
e. Unsealed/improperly sealed tenders rejected. Rates must be written in figures and words in BOQ/tender documents.
f. Affidavit (attested by Oath Commissioner) confirming no ongoing litigation and truthfulness of information.
g. Affidavit (attested by Oath Commissioner) confirming no blacklisting by government/autonomous bodies.
h. Original documents + one attested copy required at tender purchase.
i. Lowest bidder must provide 10% Performance Guarantee (scheduled Pakistani bank/insurance company with AA PACRA/CR rating) upon acceptance.
j. HESCO reserves the right to accept/reject bids under PPRA Rule 2004 (Rule 33(1)).
