PROCUREMENT OF TOOLS & PLANTS (T&P) AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) FOR HVDC NGCP’S DEPARTMENT

1. National Grid Company Pakistan Limited (NGCP) (Formerly NTDC) a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of NTDC and WAPDA invites sealed bids for the Procurement of Tools & Plants (T&P) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for HVDC NGCP’s Department on the basis of International Competitive Bidding (ICB) Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure from the eligible firms/bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on active Tax Payer List of the Federal Board of Revenue (detail terms & conditions, types and quantities mentioned in the bidding documents).

3. Price of the Bidding Documents is PKR 5,000 (Pak Rupees Five Thousand only). The payment for obtaining the Bidding Documents will be a non-refundable fee in the form of Bank Deposit in favour of PDF/NTDC/NGCP. Bidding Documents may also be downloaded from NGCP (Formerly NTDC) website i.e. www.ntdc.com.pk free of cost. However, purchase of Bidding Document is compulsory for participation.
4. Samples of all BOQ items must be provided along with the Bid, for technical responsiveness, as required in the Bidding Document.
5. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to the amount mentioned in the Bidding Documents against the specified items.
6. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding Documents, must reach the address mentioned above before 24/07/2025 at 11:00 am PST. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am PST in presence of the bidders’ authorized representatives (who choose to attend) as per applicable law and PPRA and NGCP (Formerly NTDC) rules (www.ppra.org.pk & www.ntdc.com.pk).
7. NGCP (Formerly NTDC) reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal, as defined in Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules, 2004.
