• 02× ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WORKS ON N‑851. National Highway Authority (NHA) invites Bids from the Contractors, registered with Income Tax Department and with Pakistan Engineering Council for the Year 2025. Bid Security amounting to Rupees 2 % of Engineer’s Estimate for each location in shape of PO/CDR in favour of “National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund–Security Deposit)”. 2. Bidding Documents, containing method of procurement (Single Stage – Two Envelopes), detailed terms and conditions etc. will be available on the website mentioned below from July 03, 2025 for downloading free of cost. Prospective Bidders are also advised to follow the said website for updates of schedule and addendum(s), if any.
3. The Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the Bidding Documents, must reach at the address mentioned below on or before July 16, 2025 at 1100 hours. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of all Bidders or their Authorized Representatives.
4. Bidders providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information shall be liable to disqualification and/or legal action. Any default firms will not be considered as eligible bidder.
5. Financial Bids of Qualified Bidders will be opened in sequence and any firm declared lowest‑evaluated bidder in one (01) contract of FY 2024‑25; its further bids will not be opened.
6. NHA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per PPRA Rules.
7. All Firms are advised to get EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately, as Manual Bid/Proposal/Application (Hard Copy) will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
