NOTICE INVITING TENDERS
Civil, Electrical & Plumbing Works

1. Pakistan Telecommunication Employees Trust (PTET) invites sealed bids under “Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure”, from reputed Contractors for Construction of Corporate Office Building at E-11, Northern Strip, Islamabad (Package-1: Civil, Electrical & Plumbing Works) from eligible firms having valid PEC Registration in Category C-1 and above with field of specialization as CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EE-04 & BC-03, valid Income Tax & Sales Tax Registration and who are on Active Tax Payers’ List of FBR at the time of submission of bids. Construction is planned on plot measuring 200 ft x 110 ft (2444.44 Square Yard) consisting of three basements, ground and eight floors.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain the bidding documents from the registered office of PTET, as mentioned below. They may also acquire any additional information as well, as may be needed.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested bidder on submission of a written application from the below mentioned address during office hours and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) in shape of Pay Order/CDR in favour of PTET.
4. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 15th July, 2025 at 11:00 hrs in the office of the undersigned.
5. Under Single Stage – Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure, one envelope containing Technical Information of Bid shall be clearly marked “Technical Bid” and the second envelope containing the Bid Price shall be clearly marked “Financial Bid”.
6. Envelope of “Technical Bid” shall be accompanied with Bid Security amounting to Rs. 25 M (Rupees Twenty-Five Million) in the form of Call Deposit Receipt / Pay Order in favour of PTET.
7. Offers against Technical Bid and Price Bid shall be submitted / delivered to the office of the undersigned at the address given below up to 1500 Hrs on:
   30th July 2025
8. Technical Bids will be opened on the same date at 1500 Hrs on 30th July 2025, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
9. Bidders will be Technically Qualified on the basis of information provided with the Technical Bids, as per Evaluation Criteria included in the documents.
10. Envelopes of Price Bids of only “Technically Qualifying Bidders” will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives at a date and time to be determined and communicated later.
11. Envelopes of “Price Bid” of Bidders who fail to qualify shall be returned to the unopened along with the Bid Security.
12. PTET reserves the right to accept or reject all Bids as per rules.
