1. The office of Project Director SIRA working under the Chief Commissionerate of Afghan Refugees M/o, KA, GB & SAFRON invites sealed Quotations from eligible Suppliers for the Procurement of Office Equipments as per criteria mentioned in the Request for Quotation Documents (RFQs).
2. Quotations will be evaluated through the National Competitive procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers: Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services July 2016, Revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), paragraph 5 Annex XI (Selection Methods) for RFQs and is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the World Bank Procurement Regulations. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 and 3.15 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
3. Suppliers must read the RFQ Documents before submission of the Quotations. The RFQ Documents contain Specifications, Instructions, Detailed Terms & Conditions and forms for participating in the process. RFQ documents can be seen at Web Site Address: https://kana.gov.pk
4. The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of supplies.
5. Interested Suppliers may obtain further information from Strengthening Institutions for Refugees Administration (SIRA) office and inspect the RFQ documents during office hours 0830 Hrs to 1630 Hrs by June 27, 2025.
6. Sealed Quotations complete in all respects as mentioned in the RFQ Documents must be submitted to the address below on or before June 28, 2025 at 10:30 AM. The RFQs will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will be rejected straightaway.
