• Tender Fee: Rs. 2000 (Bank draft in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1637, Islamabad)
• Earnest Money: 2% of quoted price (mandatory; tenders without this will be rejected)
• Opening Time: Mentioned in documents (late submissions invalid)
• Validity: 30 days from opening (shorter validity not accepted)

Key Terms & Conditions:

1. Tender documents require a written request on firm letterhead + bank draft.
2. Past defaulters in supply orders are ineligible.
3. Postal delays are the tenderer’s responsibility; envelope must mention Tender Number and Due Date.
4. No cutting/overwriting allowed; such tenders will be rejected.
5. Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any tender.
