Offers are invited on “As is where is basis” for sale of plot measuring about 606.66 sq. yards situated at 61-Abdali Road, Multan in J.C. Misc. No. 29 of 2019 (Sindh High Court)-State Bank of Pakistan Vs. IDBL & Others. The Reserve Price for the auction is Rs.144.600 million.

CONDITIONS Property Auction

(i) Offers require 10% Earnest Money (Pay Order/Bankers Cheque) + CNIC copy by 23.06.2025 at 11:00 A.M.
(ii) Bidders may be called for offer improvement with additional 10% payment.
(iii) Auction may be adjourned/cancelled without reason.
(iv) Highest bid subject to Sindh High Court confirmation.
(v) Full payment within 90 days of court acceptance.
(vi) Default leads to forfeiture of E.M. + re-auction.
(vii) Bidder to verify/pay all property dues/taxes (“as is where is basis”).
(viii) Transfer costs (stamp duty, registration, etc.) borne by buyer.
(ix) Property inspection on 12.06.2025 (11:00 A.M.–2:00 P.M.).
