TENDER NOTICE

Bid invited through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from reputed/established firms/suppliers/contractors, registered with concerned Tax authorities for following goods.

2. Eligibility

i. Income Tax, SRB/GST Registration Firms
ii. Three Years Work Experience
iii. Turn over at least 50 Million last three years
iv. Affidavit that person/Contractor/Firm have never been Blacklisted

4. Bidding Documents

Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents containing terms & conditions from:

• https://ppms.pprasindh.gov.pk
• Cost: Rs.2000/- (Non-refundable)

Documents must be submitted in shape of pay order in favor of Director Finance.

• Bids must be in accordance with bid documents and be submitted on working days.
• Bids must be submitted on or before the opening date before 11:00 am.
• Bidding will be conducted electronically through EPADS, and sealed hard copies must also be submitted.

Submission Address:
Director Finance, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur.

In case of public holiday or non-working day, tender will open on the next working day.

7. Terms & Conditions

i. Conditional and telegraphic rates are not acceptable.
ii. Tenders without earnest money shall not be entertained.
iii. Bids should be accompanied by pay order in favor of Director Finance before the bid submission deadline.

Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all or any bid as per SPPRA rules.
