Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (USCP) invites bids through E-PADS according to the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 from:

• Financially sound
• Strong, stable transport companies/firms
• Registered with Income TAX/Sales Tax Departments
• On the active Taxpayers’ list of the FBR

Tender Purpose: Transportation of goods/items to and from warehouses to USC stores located in:

• Lahore (North & South)
• Sheikhupura
• Sahiwal
• Okara
• Gujranwala
• Sialkot Region

Submission Details:

• Sealed bids under Rule 36 (a) “Single Stage One Envelope”
• Deadline for submission: 10-07-2025 at 10:00 AM
• Submission mode: Only through E-PADS
• Website for registration: https://eprocure.gov.pk/e/supplier/registration

Important Notes:

• No physical bid is allowed.
• Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected.
• Bidding documents are available at https://eprocure.gov.pk.
• The date of bid opening will be the same as the deadline date.
• All applicable taxes, including Income and Sales Tax, must be clearly mentioned in the bid.
• USCP reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004.
