Invitation of Tender

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation is an autonomous corporation under the administrative control of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, and invites sealed bids from the interested parties/contractors registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax Departments of Punjab Revenue Authority, who are on active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue for transportation of Loose Bulk Industrial Grade Refined Sodium Chlorate (Direct) including loading & unloading at PMDC’s M/s Olympia Chemicals (Pind Dadan Khan) to PMDC Salt Mines Khewra for the period of one year. Detail of carriage work is mentioned in terms & conditions.

Interested vendors can download specifications and terms & conditions from www.pmdc.gov.pk and submit sealed bid at PMDC Salt Mines, Khewra, District Khushab, Ph: 0544-231137.

Bids should be dropped in the tender box located at PMDC Salt Mines, Khewra on or before 15.07.2024 at 11:00 AM. The same shall be opened publicly at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on the same date.

Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents should reach the office of PMDC. PMDC reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal, as per Rule-33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.

The bidders/contractors who wish to participate in the bidding process may visit the site before submission of bids at their own expense to attend the pre-bid meeting to be held on 08.07.2024.
