EXTERNAL AUDIT

1. Model Pharmacy Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore wishes to hire the services of “A” or “B” ranking chartered accountant firms as per criteria of State Bank of Pakistan to conduct its external audit for the financial year 2024-2025 and to hire tax consultant for the year 2025-2026.
2. TORS criteria for technical / financial evaluation and all accompanying details are available in the bidding documents which can be obtained from Purchase Office of Model Pharmacy Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore along with payment of non-refundable of Rs.1000/- (one thousand only).
3. Firm will be awarded on evaluation criteria as detailed in bidding documents.
4. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals at any time prior award of assignment.
5. All Taxes and GST will be applicable as per Govt. rates.
6. Interested Chartered accountancy firms qualifying to take up the audit under eligibility criteria may apply on 05/06/2025 at 10:00 am by sending their Technical bids along with financial proposal, in two separate envelopes clearly marked “Proposal for External Audit and Proposal for tax Filling” in the name of Medical Superintendent Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Jail Road, Lahore, the technical bid will be opened on 05/06/2025 at 10:30 am in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives by the purchase committee.
7. The firm is required to deposit 5% of contract value as performance guarantee in the order /contract after selection of firm.
8. The financial bids should be separately submitted for financial year for lixternal Audit 2024-2025 and for Tax 2025-2026.
