Disposal of Vehicles
Sealed bids are invited for the sale of the following vehicles on “as is where is basis”. Public opening of bids will be held at respective ICAP Offices at 03:30 pm on June 11, 2025.

Terms and Conditions:
- Inspection: Vehicles can be inspected from May 29, 2025 to June 6, 2025 between 10:00am to 5:00pm at the premises.
- Bid Documents: Free of cost, available at the time of inspection. Bid must include 5% security in favor of “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan”.
- Taxes & Transfer: The successful bidder will pay all taxes and charges related to the vehicle transfer.
- Deposit: Bid amount must be deposited within five working days from intimation.
- Submission Deadline: Bids must be delivered by 11:00 am on June 10, 2025.
- Opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives at 03:30 pm same day.
- Disclaimer: ICAP reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
