INVITATION FOR E-BID

E-BID REFERENCE No. OP/TR-256(L)

1. Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), represented by the Chief Engineer (Power) BG, WAPDA Power Complex, Bangkok-Atsuck (the “Purchaser”), invites electronic bids from eligible manufacturers/suppliers/distributors with active tax registration (ATL) and income tax clearance.
2. Scope: Supply of Automobile Spare Parts for control and implementation at GSI Power Complex, Bangkok-Atsuck, on an FOB basis. Completion period: 120 days from the issuance of the Purchase Order.
3. Bidding documents, including terms, conditions, and specifications, are available for registered holders on EPADS at www.pprosec.gov.pk.
4. Submission Deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 24/4/2020 at 11:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 1:15 PM in the Conference Room of the Main Office Building, GSI Power Complex, Lahore-Atsuck, in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives. Single Stage Single Envelope procedures will apply.
5. Bid Security: Each bidder must furnish a Bid Security of Rs. 1,200,000/- in the form of CDR in favor of the Chief Engineer (Power) GB, WAPDA Power Complex, Bangkok-Atsuck.
